LEGAL NOTICE
INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
At the June 23rd, 2009 meeting of the Inland Wetlands - Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford, the Commission voted to take the following action:
- Approved the application of Application of Sullo Investments, (file No. 2009-014) for the construction of a single-family house located at No. 588 Silver Lane. Other modifications to the site include the installation of underground utilities, driveway, and associated grading.
- Approved the request to withdraw to the application of Application of Cellco Partnership, D.B.A. Verizon Wireless, (File No. 2009-015) for the construction of a 12’ x 30’ equipment shelter associated with the installation of a cellular antenna located at No. 211 Riverside Dr. (Goodwin College).
- Approved the Application of Goodwin College, (File No. 2009-016) for the construction of an 8’ walkway, located at No. 211 Riverside Dr. Other modifications to the site include underground conduit for lighting, associated grading and landscaping.
- Keep on the Table the application of Kleinfelder East, Inc., (File No. 2009-017) for the demolition of the former Mobil gas station, located at No. 1083 Burnside Ave. Other modifications to the site include the removal of impacted soils, and associated grading with the restoration of the site.
- Approved the application of the Town of East Hartford, ( File No. 2009-018) requesting a permit for a three - lot subdivision located at No. 1350 - 1366 Silver Lane
