LEGAL NOTICE
INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
At the February 24, 2009 meeting of the Inland Wetlands - Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford, the Commission voted to take the following action:
- Approved with conditions the application of Anthony and Deidre Aufiero, (File # 2009-001), for the clear- cutting of trees and brush, regrading of the site and planting of grass located at No. 95 Rene Court.
3. Approved with conditions the application of Marianne and Juan Marimon, (File # 2009-002), for the removal of a storage building, clearing of trees and brush, and regrading of the site located at No. 183 Maple Street.
- Approved with conditions the application of Premier Building & Development Inc. and Jetmore Construction, LLC, (File # 2009-003), for the development of a five-lot residential subdivision located at the intersection of King Street and Burnham Street (Assessors map No. 28, lots 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97 and 167.)
- Tabled the application of Burnham Meadows, LLC, (File # 2009-004), for the construction of a single-family house located at No. 325 King Street, subdivision lot # 5, Burnham Meadows Subdivision.
6. Tabled the application of Burnham Meadows Application of Burnham Meadows, LLC, (File # 2009-005), for the construction of a single-family house located at No. 327 King Street, subdivision lot # 6, Burnham Meadows Subdivision.
7. Tabled the application of Burnham Meadows, LLC, (File # 2009-006), for the construction of a single-family house located at No. 329 King Street, subdivision lot # 7, Burnham Meadows Subdivision.
