Application of Pratt & Whitney, Division of United Technologies, (File # 2008-AA012), for the abandoning of an existing storm drainage system and the installation of a new storm drainage system located at the Willgoos Turbine Laboratory, No. 125 High Street, (Pent Road), East Hartford, CT.
