LEGAL NOTICE
INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
At the August 20, 2008 special meeting of the Inland Wetlands - Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford, the Commission voted to take the following action:
VOTED: To Table the application of Goodwin College (File # 2008-012) to ask for a modification to a previously approved plan (File # 2006-011) to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the construction of an access road and modifications to the rip-rap splash pad located at No. 211 Riverside Drive.
