LEGAL NOTICE
INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
At its March 25, 2008 meeting, the Inland Wetlands - Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford voted to take the following action:
1. Approved, with conditions the application of Fairway Crossing, LLC (File # 2008-001) to ask for a modification to a previously approved plan (File # 2006-016) with the construction of an active adult community located on a vacant parcel of land at the rear of No. 88 Long Hill Street, at the East Hartford-Manchester Town Line (Assessor’s map 60, lot 39A). The applicant is requesting a modification for the installation of a sanitary sewer line.
2. Tabled the application of Riverfront Recapture, Inc., (File 2008-002) for the installation of five sculptures located within Great River Park, East River Drive, East Hartford, CT.
