MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
A)      The Matos Group – discussion of proposed maintenance issues at Rentschler Field – Brewer Street.
Denise Horan, Town Engineer, spoke on behalf of the application.  The Matos Group would like to cut down an over grown thicket by removing shrubs, saplings, and some larger trees so they can maintain and mow the area on a regular basis.

The Commissions response to this matter is that The Matos Group needs to apply for an application to clear the land and the Commission is asking to see more details added to the plan regarding what trees will be removed and the dimension of the mowing area.

B)      Town of East Hartford – discussion of proposed modifications to a previously approved application (File # 2005-020) for the Phase II expansion of the Silver Lane Cemetery located at No. 1310 Silver Lane.
Denise Horan , Town Engineer, spoke on behalf of the Town of East Hartford.  The Town is doing less work than what they had a permit to do so they want to know if they can continue or if they need to reapply.
