PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
INLAND WETLANDS – ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, March 18th, 2013 the Town of East Hartford’s Inland Wetlands-Environment Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the following applications:
Application #2013-004 for the Town of East Hartford Inland Wetland Environment Commission to revise and amend the inland wetland regulations to incorporate and reflect current State of Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection and State of Connecticut General Statutes language.
The Public Hearing will be held in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut and is scheduled to begin at 7:00 P.M.
A copy of the application, maps, and supporting documents for the above-mentioned project are on file in the Town Clerk’s office for review by interested parties. Written comments on any of the above should be directed to and received by the Inland Wetlands-Environment Commission at the Town Hall, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut on or before the public hearing date.
