PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
INLAND WETLANDS – ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, May 22nd, 2012 the Town of East Hartford’s Inland Wetlands-Environment Commission will hold a Public Hearing on the following application:
Application #2012-010 for the Town of East Hartford to conduct a regulated activity within an inland wetland and inland wetland upland review area adjacent to the Hockanum River. The regulated activity involves the construction of an extension to the existing Hockanum River walking/nature trail and appurtenances on a property located between Hillside and Olde Roberts Streets. The work associated with this segment of the trail was previously approved under inland wetland permit #2003-017 at the November 26, 2003 meeting of the Town of East Hartford Inland Wetlands – Environment Commission.
The Public Hearing will be held in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut and is scheduled to begin at 7:00 P.M.
A copy of the application, maps, and supporting documents for the above-mentioned project are on file in the Town Clerk’s office for review by interested parties. Written comments on any of the above should be directed to and received by the Inland Wetlands-Environment Commission at the Town Hall, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut on or before the public hearing date.
