1) Call To Order: Scheduled for 7:30 PM in the Town Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor of the East Hartford Town Hall.
2) Approval of the Minutes for the March 27, 2012 meeting.
3) Old Business:
- Application #2012-008 for Goodwin College to conduct a regulated activity within an inland wetland upland review area adjacent to the Connecticut River. The regulated activity involves the demolition and reconstruction a single family home and appurtenances on a property located at 120 Colt Street.
- Application #2012-009 for Goodwin College to conduct a regulated activity within an inland wetland adjacent to the Connecticut River. The regulated activity involves the removal of contaminated soil, subsequent backfill with clean material, and restoration on a property located at 1-5 Riverside Drive.
4) New Business:
- Application #2012-010 for the Town of East Hartford to conduct a regulated activity within an inland wetland and inland wetland upland review area adjacent to the Hockanum River. The regulated activity involves the construction of an extension to the existing Hockanum River walking/nature trail and appurtenances on a property located between Hillside and Olde Roberts Streets. The work associated with this segment of the trail was previously approved under inland wetland permit #2003-017 at the November 26, 2003 meeting of the Town of East Hartford Inland Wetlands – Environment Commission.
- Application #2012-011 for Goodwin College to conduct a regulated activity within an inland wetland upland review area adjacent to the Connecticut River. The regulated activity involves the repair of an existing drainage outfall, restoration of erosion countermeasures, and associated work on a property located at 211 Riverside Drive.
