INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF
THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD

1) Call To Order: Scheduled for 7:30 PM in the Town Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor of the East Hartford Town Hall.

2) Approval of the Minutes for the May 24th, 2011 meeting and Public Hearing.

3) Old Business:

  • Application #2011-011 for Raymond J. Fortin to conduct a regulated activity within an inland wetland upland review area associated with a proposed 2-Lot residential subdivision along with the construction of a residential home and appurtenances located at 762 Oak Street.
4) New Business:

  • Application #2011-012 for Todd Associates to conduct a regulated activity within an inland wetland upland review area associated with the removal of two underground fuel oil storage tanks and associated work located at 830 & 832 Silver Lane.
  • Application #2011-013 for Pratt & Whitney Division of United Technologies Corporation to conduct a regulated activity within an inland wetland and inland wetland upland review area to remove above-ground portions of pump houses and docks along with associated work adjacent to the Connecticut River located at One Pent Road.
  • Application #2011-014 for Pratt & Whitney Division of United Technologies Corporation to conduct a regulated activity within an inland wetland and inland wetland upland review area to remediate contaminated soil and associated work using shallow soil mixing techniques located at 699 & 707 Silver Lane.
  • Application #2011-015 for Goodwin College to subdivide assessors map 9 lot 1 and assessors map 20 lots 8&9 into 2 lots located at One Pent Road and 139 High Street.
  • Application #2011-016 for the Town of East Hartford to conduct a regulated activity within an inland wetland and inland wetland upland review area to remove accumulated sediment and debris from within and adjacent to the culverts that carry Main Street and Porter Street over Porter Brook located near 51 Main Street.
