INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF
THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD

1) Call To Order: Scheduled for 7:30 PM in the Town Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor of the East Hartford Town Hall.
2) Approval of the Minutes for the April 26th, 2011 meeting.
3) Old Business:
- Application # 2011-008 for the Town of East Hartford to amend the Town’s Inland Wetlands – Environment Regulations to (a) add new sub-section pertaining to the protection of watercourses and (b) update the regulations to reflect changes in the Connecticut General Statutes.
- Application #2011-009 for Premier Partners & Associates, LLC to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with a 5 lot subdivision, new single family homes, driveways, walkways, steps, underground utilities and associated grading. The project is located at # 208 -250 Hills Street, East Hartford, CT
- Application #2011-010 for RA East Hartford, LLC to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the construction of a new 11,800 S.F. pharmacy with drive through facilities and related infrastructure. The project is located at 329 Ellington Rd, 550,552 School Street.
4) New Business:
- Application #2011-011 for Raymond J. Fortin to conduct a regulated activity within an inland wetland upland review area associated with a proposed 2-Lot residential subdivision along with the construction of a residential home and appurtenances located at 762 Oak Street.
