Application of David Holmes, To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the movement of 2 cubic yards of material from one site on the property to another. Located at # 1008 Forbes Street, East Hartford, CT.

Application of Pratt & Whitney. Conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the Demolition site structures and the removal of piping. Located at # 1 Pent Road, East Hartford, CT.

Application of Goodwin College. To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the excavation of 6,500 CY of contaminated soil 0-6ft below grade. Area to be backfilled with clean material. Located at # 1-5 Riverside Drive, East Hartford, CT.

Application of United Technologies Research Center. To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the replacement of a pedestrian bridge, modifications include abutment stem, backwall, new bridge deck, and approach ramps. Application of United Technologies Research Center. To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with Roadway and parking rehabilitation throughout the entire UTRC site. Activities include new pavement, striping, and minor grade changes. Located at # 411 Silver Lane, East Hartford, CT

Application of the Town of East Hartford. To conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands and Buffer Zone in conjunction with the installation of a water level monitoring system. Located at 143 Pitkin Street, East Hartford, CT.
