INLAND WETLANDS – ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION
OF THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD
PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2009 the Inland Wetlands-Environment Commission of the Town of East Hartford will hold a Public Hearing on the following application:
Application of Kleinfelder East, Inc., to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with demolition of the former Mobil gas station, located at No. 1083 Burnside Ave. Other modifications to the site include the removal of impacted soils, and associated grading with the restoration of the site.
The Public Hearing will be held in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut and is scheduled to begin at 7:00 P.M.
A copy of the petitions and maps relating to the above applications are on file in the office of the Town Clerk. All interested persons may appear for them. Written comments on any of the above should be directed to and received by the Inland Wetlands-Environment Commission at the Town Hall, 740 Main Street, East Hartford, Connecticut on or before the public hearing date.
