INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF
THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD

1) Call To Order: Scheduled for 7:30 PM in the Town Council Chambers, East Hartford Town Hall.
2) Approval of the Minutes: January 27, 2009, public hearing and the January 27, 2009 meeting.
                                                                                                                                            
3) Old Business:

     A)  File # 2009-001
           Application of Anthony and Deidre Aufiero to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the clear-cutting of trees and brush, regrading of the site, and planting of grass, located at No. 95 Rene Court.

      B) File # 2009-002
           Application of Marianne and Juan Marimon to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the removal of a storage building, clearing of trees and brush, and regrading of the site located at No. 183 Maple Street.

      C) File # 2009-003
           Application of Premier Building & Development Inc., and Jetmore Construction, LLC, to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the development of a five-lot residential subdivision located at the intersection of King Street and Burnham Street (Assessors map No. 28, lots 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97 and 167.)

A)  File # 2009-004
           Application of Burnham Meadows, LLC, to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the construction of a single-family house located at No. 325 King Street, subdivision lot # 5, Burnham Meadows Subdivision. Other modifications to the site include the installation of underground utilities, driveway, and associated grading.

     B) File # 2009-005
          Application of Burnham Meadows, LLC, to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the construction of a single-family house located at No. 327 King Street, subdivision lot # 6, Burnham Meadows Subdivision. Other modifications to the site include the installation of underground utilities, driveway, and associated grading.

    C) File # 2009-006
           Application of Burnham Meadows, LLC, to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the construction of a single-family house located at No. 329 King Street, subdivision lot # 7, Burnham Meadows Subdivision. Other modifications to the site include the installation of underground utilities, driveway, and associated grading.
