1) Call To Order: Scheduled for 7:30 PM in the Town Hall Council Chambers, East Hartford Town Hall.
2) Approval of the Minutes: November 27, 2007 public hearing and the
November 27, 2007 meeting
3) Old Business:
A) File # 2007-031
Application of the Town of East Hartford to conduct regulated activities within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the “2008 Roadway Improvement Project” for the pavement rehabilitation of the following streets:
1) Hills Street – beginning at a point 75 feet westerly of Greenwood Street and then running easterly 600 feet
2) Risley Street – beginning at House No. 51 and running easterly 1000 feet to House No. 132.
3) Scotland Road – beginning at Goodwin Lane and running southerly 1100 feet to Hudson Street.
Modifications to the roadways include removal or milling of the pavement, resetting of utility structures, paving and replacement of curbing, guide rails, sidewalks and driveway aprons
4) New Business:
A) File # 2007-032
Application of Eric Letizia to ask for a modification to a previously approved plan (File # 2006-013) to conduct regulated activities within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the construction of a 12’ x 21’ addition to an existing house located at No. 121 Hollister Drive.
