INLAND WETLANDS - ENVIRONMENT COMMISSION OF
THE TOWN OF EAST HARTFORD

1) Call To Order: Scheduled for 7:30 PM in the Town Council Chambers, East Hartford Town Hall.
2) Approval of the Minutes: November 25, 2008, meeting.
                                                                                                                                            
3) Old Business:
 
      A)  File # 2008-017
           Application of  Rocamora Acquisitions, LLC to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the development of a eighteen-lot residential subdivision located at No. 285 Long Hill Street (Assessors map No. 61, lot 3.)

4)  New Business:

     A)  File # 2009-001
           Application of Anthony and Deidre Aufiero to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the clear cutting of trees and brush, regrading of the site and planting of grass located at No. 95 Rene Court.

      B) File # 2009-002
           Application of Marianne and Juan Marimon to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the removal of a storage building, clearing of trees and brush and regrading of the site located at No. 183 Maple Street.


      C) File # 2009-003
           Application of Premier Building & Development Inc. and Jetmore Construction, LLC to conduct a regulated activity within the Inland Wetlands buffer zone in conjunction with the development of a five-lot residential subdivision located at the intersection of King Street and Burnham Street (Assessors map No. 28, lots 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97 and 167.)
