PUBLIC HEARING: OCTOBER 6, 2008
The Public Hearing of the Historic District Commission of East Hartford, Connecticut was called to order at 7:03 p.m. in the Building Department Conference Room at Town Hall by Chair David Holmes.
On a roll call by David Holmes:
PRESENT: Mary Dowden, Robert Pasek, Alternate Gloria Visgilio-Lupi, and David Holmes.
ABSENT: Vice-Chair Steven Hudak, Secretary Jeffrey Cummings, and Alternate Catherine Condio.
ALSO PRESENT: Liaison Mary G. Martin, Applicants Jane Booker and Dean Berke, and Applicants Michael and Deborah Hampton.
The Legal Notice was read by Acting Clerk Mary G. Martin (attached).
PRESENTATION BY APPLICANT: Application #70 for 136 Naubuc Avenue - Ms. Booker and Mr. Berke described their request to replace all the windows of their house with vinyl clad wood windows similar to those that were previously approved by the Commission for their garage. All windows will be re-framed and the trim replicated as close to the original trim as possible.
There being no further discussion, the Public Hearing was CLOSED at 7:07 p.m..
