Chair Howe called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m.

IV. CORRESPONDENCE
The following correspondence was received: Karen Howe
A copy of the Reappointed Fine Art Commission letter was given to the clerk to file.
V. COMMITTEE REPORTS
EHSYF - Chair Howe reported on the cabaret scheduled, for Friday and Saturday evening, Saturday April
6th. Tickets are $10 and at the door ticket will be $15. Night out on Broadway Change. Ana Cairnduff
will conduct the music part for the show.
Glynis McKenzie reported the following fundraisers being planned for Roma Sauce for $6.00 ajar EHSYF
is getting it for half price. Roma's Spaghetti Sauce Sale.

Film Series - Glynis McKenzie reported 30 People went to see the January film. It was a success. The next 2 films will be: March 16, and Apri120th
VI. OLD BUSINESS
Fine Arts Maureen Rodgers, had an Original photo of Art Commission
Children's Programs - Raymond Library
VII. NEW BUSINESS Terry Blackstone will be addressing the Art programs at the next meeting 3/14/13
Dan Russell will call Holly Reid, with regards to the demotions Art Program. Dan reported that when he
went to the Art Show it was a demonstration with hands on (paint your own Art) not to Happy.
