Meeting Minutes
Present: Edmond LaLiberte, Priscilla Lancaster, Marie Fredrickson, Mary Ann Lee, C Edwin Carlson, Debra Gaudette, Chairperson
Guest: Lillian Miceli, Senior Serv. Rep.
Absent: Fran Rago
Call to order: Meeting began at 1:58pm.
Approval of Minutes:.Ed LaLiberte made a motion to accept August minutes. Pat seconded. Motion carried.
Old Business:
Senior picnic -
As of today the number of tickets sold was 232. Mary Ann and Pat will continue to sell tickets this week for last minute sales. It was agreed to the commissioners will arrive at 9:00am to decorate the hall.
Doors will be opened if possible at 10:15am. our guests will receive a lei in exchange for their tickets at the door. The Front row of tables will be reserved for the commissioners and the mayor.
An announcement will be made emphasing that the handicap will be served first and all others are to remain seated until their table is called. It was also decided that the back table will go first.
Debbie will pick up the gift tickets and possibly sum mum plants; Mary Ann and marie will be getting the basket.
Marie reported that the “Neighborhood emergency team(NET)” will have a table in the hall. The reason for their presence is to make all aware that they are in and around their neighborhood.
Fire Dept and Police will be on hand as well as Public Works.

Adjournment: Motion to adjourn was made by Ed Laliberte and senconded by Ed Carlson. Meeting adjourned at 2:25pm.
