The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and possibly vote on a decision on the appeal of Leinad Inc. d/b/a Kahoots (Leinad) of the East Hartford Director of Inspections and Permits’ denial of Leinad’s application for renewal of its sexually oriented business license.
