The purpose of the meeting is, pursuant to Section 8-68 of the Town of East Hartford Code of Ordinances, to hear the appeal of Leinad Inc. d/b/a Kahoots (Leinad) of the East Hartford Director of Inspections and Permits’ denial of Leinad’s application for renewal of its sexually oriented business license.
