In accordance with Section 3.3(a) of the Town Charter, a Special Meeting of the Town Council will be held as follows:

The purpose of the Special Meeting is for the Town Council, in accordance with Section 6.4(b) of the Town Charter, within ten days after holding the final such public hearing, to adopt a budget and file the same with the Town Clerk. At that time, when the Council shall finally adopt the budget, it shall also fix the tax rate in mills, which shall be levied on the taxable property in the town for the ensuing fiscal year.
