In accordance with Section 3.3 (a) of the Town Charter, a Special Joint Meeting of the Town Council and the East Hartford Board of Education will be held as follows:

The purpose of the meeting is to meet jointly with the East Hartford Board of Education in Executive Session to discuss upcoming labor contract negotiations with certified staff pursuant to state law and to meet in Regular Session to discuss the Board of Education’s Capital Improvement Plan.
