In accordance with Section 3.3 (a) of the Town Charter, a Special Meeting of the Town Council will be held as follows:

The purpose of the meeting is to meet in Executive Session for discussion of the following tax appeal cases:
- LMA/U.S.A. LLC vs. Town of East Hartford, Docket No: HHB-CV-09-4020957S(RTX)
- Storage Equities Partnership IV Roberts vs. Town of East Hartford, Docket No: HHB-CV-09-4020939S (RTX)
- Christopher Forbes, Trustee – Wallis I Trust vs. Town of East Hartford
Additionally, the Council will meet in Executive Session to discuss the Federal Court case of Ricky Frink vs. Town of East Hartford, et al.
