In accordance with Section 3.3(a) of the Town Charter, a Special Meeting of the Town Council will be held as follows:

The purpose of the meeting is to hear public comment on the proposed revisions to Chapter 10, Section 10-28 of the Town of East Hartford Code of Ordinances and to add a new subsection (b) to provide severely disabled veterans with a tax exemption.
