Notice is hereby given that the Selectmen of the Town of East Bridgewater intend to lay-out as town ways:

PATRIOT CIRCLE- shown on a plan entitled: “ROADWAY ASBUILT STREET ACCEPTANCE PLAN FOR PATRIOT CIRCLE IN EAST BRIDGEWATER, MASSACHUSETTS PREPARED FOR THE TOWN OF EAST BRIDGEWATER PLANNING BOARD DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2016 BY SILVA ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES, P.C.
.
Copies of said plan and proposed lay-outs are on file at the Board of Selectmen’s Office, Town Hall, 175 Central Street, East Bridgewater, MA.

You are hereby notified that a Public Hearing on said lay-out will be held at Town Hall, Main Conference Room, East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, at 6:35 p.m. on Monday, April 10, 2017.

Articles for Special and Annual Town Meeting Warrants reviewed by Finance Committee, Capital Planning Committee, Treasurer, Town Counsel, Accountant, Town Administrator and Selectmen.

BOARD OF SELECTMEN AGENDA
ACTION ITEMS

1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the March 23, 2017 meeting.

2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the March 23, 2017 executive session meeting.
3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the recommendation from the Council on aging for the appointment of Stephanie Williams as an Associate Member of the Council on Aging effective April 10, 2017 through June 30, 2019.

4. Board will vote to approve/disapprove to transfer the deed to the property which abuts the Northville Cemetery property, known as the original site of the Northville Schoolhouse, as recorded in Book #16848, Page 118, for the sum of one dollar, to the Northville Cemetery Corporation.

5. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request from the Fire Chief for the quarterly Ambulance Billing Abatements as of March 31, 2017 in the amount of $24,610.80.

6. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request from the East Bridgewater Community Gardens for the use of the outside at the Sachem Rock Community Center for the Springtime Kickoff on April 22, 2017 from 12:00 pm-3:00 pm with a rain date of April 23, 2017.
