ACTION ITEMS
1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the August 10, 2015 meeting.
2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the authorization of $3,926,000 General Obligation Bond and $3,551,000 Bond Authorization Note as provided.
3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request from Rose Culp from the East Bridgewater Business Association for the use of the Town Common on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 7:00 am through 4:00 pm for a Business Expo & Family Fun Day.
4. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request from Donald Bailey, Jr. for the use of the outside of Sachem Rock Farm for a birthday party on Saturday, September 19, 2015 from 1:00 pm through 4:00 pm.
5. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the change of appointment of Thomas Livingston as a member of the Recreation Commission to alternate member of the Recreation Commission effective immediately through June 30, 2018.
6. Board will vote to approve/disapprove to accept, with regret, the resignation from Jennifer Huss as a member of the Recreation Commission effective immediately.
7. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the appointment of Diane Carey as a member of the Recreation Commission effective immediately through June 30, 2016.
8. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the appointment of Beverly Chartier as an alternate member of the Recreation Commission effective immediately through June 30, 2018.
9. Board will vote to approve/disapprove to change the date for East Bridgewater HOPE to place purple flags on the Town Common from September 12, 2015 through September 17, 2015 to August 31, 2015 through September 17, 2015.
10. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request from the Building Commissioner/Zoning Enforcement Officer, Ed Gardner to accept the attached Agreement of Mutual Aid for Assistant Building Inspector Between the Towns of West Bridgewater and East Bridgewater, MA.
11. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the appointment of Gloria Mitchell as the Town of East Bridgewater Associate Public Purchasing Officer effective immediately.

Dog licenses are now due, any dog license after September 1st will be issued a late fee. If the dogs rabies are up to date you can renew you license on line at www.eastbridgewaterma.org. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Town Clerk’s Office at 508-378-1606.
