   BOARD OF SELECTMEN AGENDA

ACTION ITEMS

1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the November 17, 2014 meeting.

2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the Memorandum of Agreement between the Town of East Bridgewater and the M.G.L. c. 32B, §§ 21/23 East Bridgewater Public Employee Committee from JULY 1, 2014 through JUNE 30, 2017, regarding distribution of mitigation funds.

3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove, with regret, the resignation of Russ Hannagan from the Arts Council effective immediately.

4. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of the Town Accountant to authorize the over-expenditure of the DPW-Snow & Ice Removal Account.

5. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the Declaration of Support of Mosquito Control Funding for FY 2016 and to designate the Town Administrator to sign the declaration.

6. Board will vote to approve/disapprove to send a letter to the dog owner of 236 Elm Street with the Hearing decision.

7. Board will vote to approve/disapprove to send a letter to the 2nd dog owner of 236 Elm Street with the Hearing decision.

8. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of the Christmas Parade Committee for use of the Town Hall parking lot on December 6th from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., to be used for parade staff and VIP (float judges with guests and Grand Marshall with his guests), as well as use of the 2nd floor conference room in Town Hall for approximately 35 people to meet immediately after disassembly of staging area for the parade staff to use for discussions about parade with pizza and soda from approximately 12:30 2:30 p.m.
