ACTION ITEMS

1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the October 6, 2014 Board of Selectmen meeting.

2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the October 14, 2014 Board of Selectmen meeting.

3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the appointment of Frank W. Ray to the Board of Registrars, to fill a vacancy, effective immediately through June 30, 2016.

4. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of Bhartiben N. Patel of YugbHarti Inc dba Harmony Liquors for a change in Hours from 12 noon on Sundays to 10 a.m. on Sundays, according to The Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (“ABCC”) Advisory M.G.L. c. 138, SS15 Off-Premises Retail Licensees Sunday Opening Time Allowed at 10:00 a.m. effective October 23, 2014.

5. Board will vote to approve/disapprove to rescind the request of the Historical Commission to appoint Margaret Alexander and Robert Waterman as Associate members effective immediately through June 30, 2017, due to

6. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the appointment of a hearing authority pursuant to MGL Chapter 140 SS136-174 to be permitted to enforce the Town’s dog by-laws.

7. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the resignation of Dianne Kennedy Warkel from the Council on Aging effective immediately.
