1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the Monday, May 12, 2014 Board of Selectmen Meeting.

2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the awarding of contracts to the bidders under the SERSG Water & Sewer Treatment Chemical IFB for a twelve month period commencing 7/1/14.

3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the awarding of a contract for Paper Supplies to W.B. Mason Co., Inc., for a twelve month period commencing 7/1/14

4. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the awarding of contracts to the bidders under the SERSG DPW Supplies IFB for a twelve month period commencing 7/1/14

1. Bridge Street Recycling Center – for Big Metal and Compost materials

1st & 3rd Saturday of each month
                         9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
(Open 1st Sat. of Month in the months of Jan. and Feb.)

   4.  Recycle Program

 Please be advised that to opt-out of the recycle program for FY 2015 you must notify the  
  DPW office by June 15, 2014 to avoid being charged in November, 2014.

    5.    Hazardous Waste Day
        May 31st 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the G.W. Mitchell Middle School
   6.    Drug Awareness Community Out Reach Night
        May 21st 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. @ Community Center at Sachem Rock

   7.    Rabies Clinic
Monday, June 9th from 5:00 to 7:00.  Fee is $10.00 (cash only) per animal.  5:00 p.m. –  6:00 p.m. for CATS, 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. DOGS.  Dogs must be on leashes, cats on leashes or in a carrier.  In order to receive a 3 year vaccination you must provide proof of last vaccination, otherwise a 1 year vaccination will be given.  Dog Licensing will also be available.
