1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the March 24, 2014 meeting.
2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the March 24, 2014 Executive Session.
3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the March 17, 2014 Executive Session.
4. Board will vote approve/disapprove the request of Reverend Jim Conley of the Union Congregational Church for use of the Town Common on April 20, 2014 from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. for an Ecumenical Churches Sunrise Service for Easter.
5. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the Center at Sachem Rock facility use wage schedule as printed.
6. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of the East Bridgewater Garden Club for use of the Center at Sachem Rock property for their annual Plant Sale on Saturday, May 31, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with a rain date on Sunday, June 1, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Friday for set up, and on Sunday May 30th from 3:00 4:00 p.m. for take down.
7. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the appointment of Annie Brown as Animal Inspector for the Town from May 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015.
8. Board will vote to approve/disapprove, with regret, the resignation of Carole A. Julius from the East Bridgewater Arts Council effective immediately.
9. Board will vote to approve/disapprove to forward to the Planning Board for the Hearing process, the request of James Lopez and Katherine and Jack Vaughn to rezone lots 120-3, 110-6 and 110-7.

4. Recycle Program
Please be advised that to opt-out of the recycle program for FY 2015 you must notify the DPW office by June 15, 2014 to avoid being charged in November, 2014.

The Annual Town Election will be held on Saturday April 12th at the new Jr/Sr High School in the Gymnasium.
Polling hours will be from 11 am – 7 pm. If you have any questions regarding your voter status, please feel free to contact the Town Clerks Office at 508-378-1606.
Please return the Census, as it could affect your voting ability at the Town Election”.
