ACTION ITEMS
1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes from the October 17, 2011 meeting.
2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of the Kiwanis Club for use of the Town Hall Parking Lot green and the Town Common for its Annual Christmas events as follows: Christmas Tree Sale – From Sunday, November 20 through December 24, 2011; Annual Lighting of the Common on Thursday, December 1, 2011 from 5 – 8 pm; Annual Christmas on the Common on Saturday, December 3, 2011 from 8 am – 5 pm.
3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of David Repeta and the International Association of Fire Fighters to hold its annual “Fill the Boot” fundraising drive to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association at the intersection of Bedford and Central Streets on Saturday, October 22, 2011 from 8 am to 12 pm.
4. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of the East Bridgewater Democratic Town Committee to appoint Edward J. Sklut to the Board of Registrars of Voters to fill a vacancy caused by the decision of Roberta A. McCarthy not to seek reappointment, effective immediately through June 30, 2014.
5. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of the Council on Aging to appoint Sandra Lucca as a new member of the Council on Aging to fill the vacancy due to the resignation of Marie U. Day, effective immediately through June 30, 2012.
