1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes from the March 15, 2011 meeting.
2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of Dale Julius and the East Bridgewater Historical Commission for the use of the Town Common on April 23, 2011 from 9 – 11 am for the opening ceremonies of Frank Harlow Day.
3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of Mary Julius and the East Bridgewater Garden Club for use of the Town Hall Parking Lot on Saturday, May 28, with a rain date of Sunday, May 29 from 8 am – 3 pm for the Annual Plant Sale.
4. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of Mary Julius and the East Bridgewater Garden Club for use of a restroom at the high school during the sale hours of the Garden Club Annual Plant Sale on Saturday, May 28, with a rain date of Sunday, May 29 from 8 am – 3 pm.
