1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the November 3, 2009 meeting.

2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the resignation of Jeff Luttazzi of the Finance Committee effective immediately.

3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of the Town Clerk to have the Attorney General’s request to have OUI notices sent to the Town Clerk changed to the Board of Selectmen’s office or the Police Department.
