1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the May 22, 2007 meeting.
2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of the Town Administrator to authorize him to sign the warrant when circumstances mike it impractical or impossible for a majority of the Board to sign the warrant, provided there is no unusual, significant expenditure on the warrant and provided further that the Board, at its next meeting, ratify the warrant which he executed on their behalf.
