1. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the minutes of the August 22, 2006 meeting.
2. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of Support Our Troops Group for permission to use the Town Hall parking lot and yard for a Yard Sale on Saturday, September 30, 2006 from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
3. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the request of the Kiwanis Club for use of the Town Hall and Town Common on Saturday, December 2nd, with a rain date of Saturday, December 9th, for Christmas on the Common.
4. Board will vote to approve/disapprove the appointment of David Floeck as an Alternate to the Recreation Commission effective immediately through June 30, 2007.

3. Absentee ballots for the State Primary, which will be held on September 19, are
available in the Town Clerk’s Office. If a registered voter is unable to vote at the
polls on election day due to absence from town during normal polling hours or
physical disability preventing you from going to the polling place or religious belief
then an absentee ballot can be obtained. The last day to apply for an absentee
ballot will be Monday, September 18 by 12 noon. Please call the Town Clerk’s
office before coming in to apply for an absentee ballot or with any questions
concerning the election at 508 378-1606
