he had received a letter regarding speeding problems on Crescent Street; has directed

Mrs. McNulty noted that following:

Board requested that meeting with DOR to discuss report with Treasurer and Accountant be put on Pending Items.
APPOINTMENT
Town Clerk, Marcia Weidenfeller, Moderator Robert Looney and Finance Committee Members, Tony Figueiredo, Bill Jacques, Cathy Lane, Albert Mondeau, William Dunham and Martin Crowley met with the Board to go over the articles on the STM warrant.
A discussion was held regarding unpaid legal bills for Police and ZBA. Mr. Samia explained the reasons for the bills being submitted for payment so late.
It was announced that there were two articles, which require a quorum and reminded residents that a quorum is 150 voters.
Mr. Hamilton noted that the MMA Annual Meeting will be on January 11 & 12, 2007; informed
Board members that he intends to attend.
Mr. Hamilton announced that he intends to run for re-election and will be taking out nomination papers in January.
Open Forum
No one present.
M/McNulty, s/Walsh, move to close Open Session and go into Executive session for the purpose of discussing pending litigation and personnel matters and will not be returning to Open Session.
VOTE: Yes – Walsh, McNulty, Hamilton; a unanimous vote in favor.
