The weekly meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held on Monday evening, May 12, 2003 at 6:45 p.m. at the Gordon Mitchell Middle School Auditorium.
Present: James M. Hardy, Chairman; Eric W. Greene, Clerk; David L. Walsh

Karen Grabau, Adm. Assistant
M/Greene, s/Walsh, a unanimous vote, move to ratify the issuance of the Common Victualer License for All American Subs and Salads, 225 Bedford Street.
Board discussed the request of Mr. Hardy to endorse his proposal to fund the difference in the Special Education line item within the School Department's budget if the state does not fund at the present level.
M/Hardy, s/Greene, a unanimous vote, move to endorse the proposal of James Hardy to fund the actual Special Education line item within the School FY04 budget up to $250,000 total if no funding is received from the State and the same to be placed on the fall town meeting warrant.
M/Hardy, s/Greene, a unanimous vote, move to adjourn meeting at 6:55 p.m.
