Minutes 6/14/04
The Planning Board met at the Performing Arts Center, prior to the start of the Special Town Meeting, on Monday, June 14, 2004.
Present: George Wadsworth, Chairman; Amy MacNab, Vice-Chairman; Aboud Al-Zaim, and John Bear.
Absent: Angela Scieszka, Clerk; James Kimball, and Rob Wilson.
Staff: Christine Stickney, Planning Director and Barbara Ripley, Administrative Assistant.
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 PM.
Board members discussed draft comments for Articles 5 and 8 of the Special Town Meeting (O’Neil Farm and Jaycox Tree Farm). It was agreed to add language to the comments for the Jaycox Tree Farm, which indicates that the Planning Board’s recommendation of the purchase is contingent a finding that the two buildable lots could be created from the parcel.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:20 PM. The next meeting of the Duxbury Planning Board will be held on Monday, June 21, 2004 at 7:30 PM in the Duxbury Town Offices.
