The Planning Board meeting of January 27, 2014 will begin at the
Duxbury Town Hall (Mural Room), 878 Tremont Street at 7:00 PM
for a joint presentation with the Board of Selection.
Immediately following that discussion, the Planning Board will
recess and reconvene at the Duxbury Senior Center (Ellison Room),
10 Mayflower Street, and conduct the remaining agenda business,
including a discussion regarding a special permit referral
from the Zoning Board of Appeals regarding the Duxbury Estates
Planned Development which will begin no earlier than 8:00 PM.
