Meeting Minutes
Thursday, November 7, 2002
Present- Tenhoor, Dahlin, Roveto, Brogna, Hagerty, Laird, Devnew
Chairman Tenhoor called the meeting to order at 7:35. Minutes from earlier meetings will be reviewed at the November 21 meeting.
Tenhoor outlined a proposed agenda for this meeting.
This agenda was approved. Brogna left this meeting for another meeting at 7:37.
Devnew reviewed the Nov. 4 meeting with Beth Jordan and the Bay Management Committee. Two dates for the Town Forums will be Dec. 5 and 10 at 7:30 PM at the Senior Center.
Meeting dates and agendas for PASS meeting with Selectmen, Conservation and ZBA were discussed.
Issues related to the UHI contract and the digital map were discussed. Hagerty submitted additional pictures for the map. Group decided that data on parcels would be refined for delivery to UHI by November 21. Roveto will survey parcels west of the Bluefish River Bridge and add contents to parcel database.
Laird reviewed definitions and a proposed plan for introducing changes to regulations and bylaws that effected piers. Dahlin said he would talk with Duxbury’s Building Inspector about his opinion on pier railings. Dahlin said he would also invite Don Beers to one of our next meetings. Dahlin said he might also be able to attend the CZM meeting on pier regulations that will take place from 1 to 4 PM, November 20 in Wareham. Laird said she would inventory scenic vistas of the Bay.
Dahlin moved to adjourn at 9:40
Devnew seconded the motion.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:46.
