MEETING MINUTES

Present: Nicki Kispert, Nancy Bennett, Norman Tucker, Martha Himes and Jody Hall
Call to Order: 5:25 PM
Reading of Minutes: Suspended
Demolition Applications: 48 Cove Street. Ms. Bennett moved we allow the demolition of the 10’ by 12’ one story rear shed-roofed addition at 48 Cove St. Ms., Kispert seconded. Motion carried 5 in favor, 0 opposed.
Mr. MacDonald informed Ms. Kispert of a request from the Savard’s (52 Powder Point Ave.) to take down a rotted roof. No action necessary.
Someone knocked down a shed addition on Washington St. near Marjorie Parcher’s house. Ellen in the Building office will look into it.
A new demolition request should be forthcoming fromBirch St. and Lake Shore Drive—the old Braid Aid building.
Inventory: One bid has come in.
Miscellaneous: We should revise the cover letter on demolition applications to include the statement that all approved demolitions must take place within six months of approval date.
