1. Financial Planning on Wednesday, September 26, at 11:30AM and 12:30PM in Town Hall’s Mural Room, 878 Tremont Street. This Seminar, presented by Valic our newest 457 provider, will build awareness for savers and provide education about income planning, social security, retirement income, available tax credits and pension benefits: A, B, C.
2. Retirement Planning: Creating the Life of Riley on Thursday, September 27, from 2-3:30PM in the Duxbury Senior Center’s Walker Room, 10 Mayflower Street. This Seminar, presented by MIIA, is offered as the result of interest expressed employees, and the COA staff. It will focus on the need for structure, purpose, and community post retirement. While most look forward to days of endless freedom, the reality is that retirement is not always the ‘Life of Riley’.
