BOARD OF SELECTMEN JANUARY 9, 2003
The meeting was called to order at 8:05 a.m. Present were Selectmen John Tuffy, Elizabeth Sullivan, Andre Martecchini and Town Manager Rocco Longo.

There was no one present for Open Forum.
SIGNING TOWN OF DUXBURY BOND ANTICIPATION NOTES
Mr. Longo informed the Board that bids taken on $42,588.207.00 were broken up as follows:
Quick & Reilly offered $20,000,000.00 at a rate of 1.75% with a premium of $97,005.00.
First Albany agreed to pick up $2,588,207.00 at 2.50% with a premium of $31,705.54.
Eastern offered $20,000,000.00 at 2.50% with a premium of $249,000.00.
Monies borrowed on 1/15/03 in the amount of $42,588.207.00 will mature on 1/15/04. A history of bids taken is attached and made part of these minutes.
