Community Preservation Committee Meeting

The Community Preservation Committee (CPC) held a meeting in the Mural Room, Lower Level of the Town Hall on Thursday, July 10, 2008 beginning at 8:00 a.m. Members present included Chairman Holly Morris, John Bear, Lynne Devnew, Tony Kelso, Brendan Keohan, and Sarianna Seewald. Pat Loring was absent. Also present were Joe Grady, Conservation Administrator and George Wadsworth from the Planning Board.

No subject was brought forth.
PUBLICITY
The CPC discussed what to do for publicity.
PROJECT UPDATE
Berrybrook - Mr. Grady reported that the closing for the purchase of the property was taking place today.
OTHER BUSINESS
Mr. Grady reported the summer interns are installing the CPC signs on projects using CPA funds.
ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
The CPC signed an invoice for the Berrybrook plan.
