Community Preservation Committee Meeting
Thursday, March 11, 2004
The Community Preservation Committee (CPC) held a meeting in the Mural Room, Lower Level of the Town Hall beginning at 8:00 a.m. Members present included Chairman Holly Morris, Jody Hall, Tony Kelso, Pat Loring, Arthur Vautrain, and George Wadsworth. Diane Bartlett was absent. Joe Grady, Conservation Administrator was also present.

TOWN MEETING ARTICLES
Ms. Morris reported on her meeting with the Finance Committee. The Committee discussed handouts for town meeting.
ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
The Committee reviewed the draft minutes of the meetings for 2/26/04. Ms. Hall made a motion that was seconded by Mr. Vautrain.
Motion: to approve the minutes of the meeting on 2/26/04 as written.
Vote: 6– in favor; 0 – opposed. Motion passed.
The Committee reviewed and signed bills for legal services from Town Counsel, a bill from the Duxbury Rural & Historical Society, and a bill for the public hearing notice.
OTHER BUSINESS
The Committee canceled the meeting for Thursday, March 18, 2004 at 8:00 a.m.
Ms. Morris will contact Phil Benjamin to set up a site visit on the Jaycox property.
