Executive Session
Chairman Leland made a Motion to go into Executive Session to discuss strategy with potential litigation and to not reconvene. Commissioner Wey Seconded the Motion. A roll call vote was taken with Commissioners Sawyer, Flynn, Wey, Jason and Leland voting Yes. A Motion was made by Commissioner Jason and Seconded by Commissioner Sawyer to include Marsha Smolev, Executive Assistant and Sandra Lothrop, Associate Commissioner. A roll call vote was taken with all Commissioners voting Yes.
Executive Session:
Mrs. Borer read a letter about the Cape Light Compact Litigation, stating the goal to preserve rights of towns and County that signed a two year contract and a one year contract, to sign remaining contracts. Barnstable County is footing the legal costs. Commissioner Flynn Moved that the County Commissioners join in the litigation. Commissioner Jason Seconded the Motion. The Vote was Unanimous.
Executive Session Adjourned at 10:00 PM.
