Discuss results of Mr. Lee’s annual employee evaluation:

·        Mr. Lee thanked the Commissioners for completing his annual Employee Performance Evaluation in a timely manner.  He was gracious for the positive comments made by Commissioners.  Some of the feedback from Commissioners contained constructive criticism.  Kevin asked if Commissioners wanted to explore these comments further. However, no further comments by Commissioner were made. Overall, Kevin was pleased with the results.

·        In reference to Question #1 there was discussion from Commissioners regarding the positive result of attending workshops.  Kevin referenced a comment made by a Commissioner on his Performance Evaluation that he attends workshops and stays current with developments in his profession.  Kevin stated  that in actuality, it is sometimes difficult to locate quality trainings locally that he either has not already attended, or, which offer new learning opportunities.

·          Kevin expressed a desire to attend a national training, perhaps every other year, depending on available funding, etc.  Several Commissioners expressed support of this idea, though no decision was made.  Kevin said he would like to speak with Michael Gagne, Executive Administrator, about possible funding for a future national training conference.  He stated that local workshops no longer offer him new ideas, due to the fact that he has attended several local workshops to date.
