SPECIAL MEETING – POLICE COMMISSION
April 4, 2011
6:30 P.M. – Room 1
MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioner’s Rob Parlee, Ed Fusco, Steve Petty, and Stan Nolan
OTHERS PRESENT: Sergeant Marc Petruzzi and Colchester citizen
1. Call to Order – Commissioner Parlee called the April 4, 2011 special meeting to order at 6:34pm.
2. Review and Possible Action on the Colchester Police Strategic Goals – Commissioner Parlee asked Sergeant Petruzzi for his input. Sergeant Petruzzi gave his input and suggestions to the members of the board of commission in regards to the Police Strategic Goals draft. Discussion was had and changes were applied. Commissioner Parlee suggested that the goals be broken down into sections to determine how the goals will be met after finalizing the strategic goals.
3. Adjourn – Commissioner Nolan MOTIONED to adjourn at 6:59p.m. SECONDED by Commissioner Fusco. All members present voted in favor. MOTION CARRIED.
