MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioner’s Rob Parlee, Ed Fusco, Steve Petty, Frank Jackter and Stan Nolan
OTHERS PRESENT: First Selectman Gregg Schuster and Board of Selectman Liaison Stan Soby
1. Call to Order – Commissioner Parlee called the November 14, 2011 special meeting to order at 6:32p.m.
2. Discussion and Possible Action on Rules & Regulations
a. Investigations (Third Reading) –table to the next meeting to include Sgt. Petruzzi.
b. Security of Police Business (Second Reading) – discussion was had and no additional changes were needed.
c. Property Seizures (First Reading) – discussion was had and no additional changes were needed.
d.General Protocol (General Discussion) – table to the next meeting to include Sgt. Petruzzi.
e. Order of Command (General Discussion) – discussion was had changes were recommended.
f. Harassment (General Discussion) – discussion was had changes were recommended to refer to the town policy.
3. Adjourn – Commissioner Jackter MOTIONED to adjourn at 7:33p.m. SECONDED by Commissioner Fusco. All members present voted in favor. MOTION CARRIED.
